What this hub stores

This site is a static map. It does not create accounts, take checklist answers, or keep patient or clinic records. Product OAuth and operator data stay on the four legs.

The four legs

Patient view is ocuclient.com (not fill-in). Surgeon fill-in is ocumd.org. Both are invite-only web. Standard (ocustandard.org) and Insurance (ocuinsurance.com) are test desks. Each host has its own sign-in and retention rules.

Request logs

Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, URL, time) to serve and protect the site. We do not sell that data. We do not run advertising cookies on this hub.
